How to Join

Please review the IC Membership Matrix to determine your category of membership and applicable annual dues.

IC Memberships renew each year on February 01. Applications recevied throughout the year will be pro-rated.

1) Fill out the online application form Application form

2) Upon receipt of the application form an information package will be sent to you outlining membership confirmation,privileges and payment options.

3) Upon receipt of payment, the membership will be activated and confirmation of any additional contact information will be requested.

Accepted methods of payment (USD): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check or bank transfer.
